The location was good and the bed large. Liked the pool. Excellent base for your vacations in Battambang. Free parking nearby was provided.

If you would like to visit phnom sampeau, consider staying here. Pool was nice here. A shower in the bathroom was a plus.

My family and I stayed in a two bedroom family room upstairs at Delux Villa and it was fantastic. The restaurant was excellent, with plenty of vegetarian options and they were very accommodating to our 11-year-old. One of the best parts was the staff helping us organize trips and tours, and even giving us gifts upon our departure. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable and well located within walking distance to the town centre. Very relaxing after the hectic bustle of Siem Reap temple tour. Lovely pool and clean rooms, the staff were particularly welcoming. Excellent breakfast making it difficult to leave and explore the surrounding sights!

The location of the hotel is convenient, with plenty of eating options nearby. the rooms are spacious and beautiful, with comfortable beds and nice pillows. the bathrooms are big and well-maintained. the staff is generally attentive and friendly, providing good service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and have access to facilities like a clean pool, sun beds, and a garden to relax in.

The hotel seems to lack proper accounting practices and had difficulties finding our reservation, causing a frustrating check-out experience.

Very personal service in the hotel, also good level of English spoken by the young manager. They always try to give you something extra, we got a coconut welcome drink and a fruit plate and a sweet surprise when sitting by the pool in the afternoon. They also helped with reserving bus/taxis for us, all very convenient and easy going.

We were very curious to find out if this hotel would really live up to its ranking! We travel a lot and had never read such a good ranking on various travel sites before. And to our surprise the Delux Villa did live up to it! "Mr. One More" and his family made our stay a fun experience! The rooms are well equipped, the pool area is very relaxing and well-kept, the staff is very nice and helpful and above all the food is something else! Considering the high season the price was reasonable. We stayed here around Christmas and after inviting us for dinner, our host got everybody up to dance around the Christmas tree :) A hotel we would love to come back to and would highly recommend to any traveller looking for some true Cambodian hospitality!

We could not stay longer - that was the only downside to it...

Good value for money, with carved wood features and a big room. Nice architecture with rooms surrounding a shaded pool. Well-kept pool and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast and baguettes were great, with a nice secluded balcony.

Amazing and friendly family managed place, warm welcome and smile. Really enjoyed to stay there.

The welcome was the best we have received anywhere, it is a very friendly family owned guesthouse. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and all the snacks brought to us for free . The food in the restaurant was excellent and good value, we ate Khmer.

The western breakfast was disappointing but we switched to Khmer breakfast and this was delicious. Otherwise we were not disappointed at all.

The room was clean and the pool was enjoyable.

The staff seemed uninterested and didn't go out of their way to be helpful. The front of the hotel was poorly lit and the design was lacking.

From the moment we arrived we were treated with the best hospitality. It is a family run hotel and the family were amazing! We never wanted for anything. The food and service was the best we have received throughout cambodia. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with big rooms and a fab pool. We would go back to battenbung just to stay in the hotel.

I stayed only two nights. The hotel is new. It is owned by a family and they are very friendly, they help you in all your needs. The rooms are big and very clean with all comforts. The swimming pool is very nice and relaxing. Breakfast is not a buffet style but you can order anything you want...and the wife is a very good chef!! if you are looking for a pleasant stay go ahead and book! Silvia, Italy
